Unless otherwise specified, prize winners are responsible for all costs related to accepting and using their prize. It cannot be transferred. Unused prize funds will be distributed to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund as required by Chapter 24 of Florida Statutes and its rules promulgated thereunder.
